In my practice, I offer face-to-face and online appointments to people aged 17 years and over who are navigating life transitions such as relationship breakdowns, career changes, parenthood, grief and loss, or the impact of abuse and trauma. These experiences can be deeply challenging and may lead to emotional distress, exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from yourself. You might notice ongoing worry, racing thoughts, or uncertainty about what lies ahead. These responses are common and deeply human, and you don't have to face them alone.
My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, while also being warm, compassionate, and respectful of each person's unique experiences. I work alongside you at your own pace, providing a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we focus on building resilience, strengthening emotional awareness, and developing practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
The aim of my work is not only to help reduce distress or manage symptoms, but to support deeper, longer-term growth. This includes helping you reconnect with your authentic self, feel empowered in your choices, and create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values - both now and into the future.
